Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Newsletter Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Newsletter Policy) refers to Slusen℠.
  • Newsletter refers to the e-mails We send about new app releases, features, and other news from the Company.
  • You means the individual who subscribes to the Newsletter through Our website.
  • Personal Information refers to any information that can be used to identify You directly, including but not limited to Your first name, last name, and e-mail address.

§1. What We Collect

When You subscribe to the Newsletter, We collect the information You enter in the subscription form:

  • First name
  • Last name (optional)
  • E-mail address

§2. How We Use It

We use Your Personal Information solely to send You the Newsletter and to address You by name in it. We do not use it for any other purpose.

§3. Where It Is Stored

Your Personal Information is stored as a contact with Resend, Our e-mail delivery provider, which also sends the Newsletter on Our behalf. Resend may store and process this information outside the European Union. We keep Your Personal Information until You ask Us to delete it, as described in §5.

§4. What We Do Not Do

We will never sell, rent, share, or publish Your Personal Information, and We will not disclose it to third parties other than Our e-mail delivery provider as described in §3.

§5. Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every Newsletter.

Unsubscribing does not delete Your Personal Information. After You unsubscribe, We keep it, marked as unsubscribed, so that You do not receive further Newsletters.

If You want Your Personal Information deleted, submit an inquiry through the Support page and We will delete it.

Changes to This Newsletter Policy

We may update this Newsletter Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page.
