Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use:

  • Service refers to all applications developed and published by Apps By Slusen.

Access Through the App Store

Apps By Slusen does not provide separate license grants. Access to and download of our apps is provided through the Apple App Store and governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may use the Service for personal or commercial purposes, including use by consumers, prosumers, and companies.

Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may You reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Responsibility for Use

You are solely responsible for how You use the Service, including any personal or commercial outcomes. Apps By Slusen is not responsible for Your decisions, actions, or results arising from use of the Service.
