Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Inquiry refers to the message content You submit through the support form on Our website.
  • You means the individual submitting a support request through Our website.
  • Personal Information refers to any information that can be used to identify You directly, including but not limited to Your first name, last name, and e-mail address.

§1. What We Use

When You submit a support request, We use the content of Your Inquiry to assist You and improve Our services.

If Your Inquiry contains a question We consider broadly useful to other users, We may, at Our sole discretion, publish it in an anonymized form as a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) on Our Support page. In such cases, the Inquiry may be rephrased or edited for clarity, and no Personal Information will be included.

§2. What We Can See

When You submit the support form, We receive and can see all information You provide, including:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • E-mail address
  • Subject (the topic of Your Inquiry)
  • Message (the content of Your Inquiry)

This information is transmitted via EmailJS and received by Us in the form of an e-mail. We do not store Your submission in any database or third-party system beyond that e-mail delivery.

Notwithstanding §1, the following information will never be published, shared, or made publicly available in any form:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • E-mail address

Your Personal Information is used solely to respond to Your support request and will not be disclosed to third parties.
