Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

When You submit a support request, We use the content of Your Inquiry to assist You and improve Our services.
If Your Inquiry contains a question We consider broadly useful to other users, We may, at Our sole discretion, publish it in an anonymized form as a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) on Our Support page. In such cases, the Inquiry may be rephrased or edited for clarity, and no Personal Information will be included.

When You submit the support form, We receive and can see all information You provide, including:

- Subject (the topic of Your Inquiry)
- Message (the content of Your Inquiry)
This information is transmitted via EmailJS and received by Us in the form of an e-mail. We do not store Your submission in any database or third-party system beyond that e-mail delivery.

Notwithstanding §1, the following information will never be published, shared, or made publicly available in any form:

- Last name
- E-mail address
